Your account is auto-provisioned - no separate signup. Open Apps → Chatonbo in your Wix sidebar to tweak the welcome message, tone, lead-capture rules, or upload extra PDFs and FAQs.

The deepest Wix-specific work happens in the background. On install we call Wix's App Instance API to read your site display name, your locale, and which Wix apps you have enabled. If we see Wix Stores in your installed apps, we switch the bot into e-commerce mode and pull your full product catalog through the official Wix Stores REST API - supporting both Wix Catalog v1 (legacy stores) and Catalog v3 (newer stores), so it just works regardless of when your store was first created.
We then run an HTML crawl in parallel for the rest of your site content - homepage, about, policies, FAQs - and store everything in a vector knowledge base. You confirm appointments yourself - Chatonbo doesn't book directly into Wix Bookings (yet), but it captures every booking inquiry as a structured lead in your CRM.
