The bot only knows some of my products
A crawled website only shows the assistant the pages it could reach, and large catalogs are usually paginated or loaded by script. On Shopify, WooCommerce and Wix install the Chatonbo app or plugin: the catalog is then synced directly from the store, every product with its variants, prices and stock, and re-synced when products change. After installing, open the bot's Knowledge page and click Sync products.
