My website URL was crawled but the linked pages were not
Adding a website URL crawls that site's own pages, not pages on other domains it links to. To teach the assistant about an external site, add that site as its own URL source. Very large sites are capped per source; add the important sections (help center, policies, catalog) as separate URL sources so each gets its full budget.
