How do I collect a phone number from visitors?

The pre-chat form under the bot's Display settings asks for name and email before the chat starts. To also get a phone number, add a line to the bot's Instructions such as "Once you understand what the visitor needs, ask for their best contact number." Any phone number or email a visitor types is saved automatically on the lead, shown under Leads and included in the lead email and CRM or webhook.
