How do I pause the bot without uninstalling
Open the bot in the dashboard and switch "Active" off at the top of the bot page; the widget stops loading on the site within a minute. On Shopify you can also turn the app embed off in the theme customizer, and on Wix disable the app on the site. Switch it back on the same way; nothing is lost.
