How do I give Chatonbo access to my Shopify store without sharing my password?

Use a collaborator request, never a password. In your Shopify admin open Settings, Users and permissions, Security, copy the collaborator request code and send it to us on your ticket. We request access with that code, install the app, sync your products and switch on the app embed, usually the same day. You can remove our access at any time from the same screen.
