How do I upload my store policies and documents

Open the bot's Knowledge page. Add URL crawls your website pages, Upload File takes PDF, Word and text files (returns policy, shipping terms, size guides), and Add FAQ stores a question and answer pair. Everything is indexed within a minute and the assistant uses it immediately. The "questions your bot could not answer" list on the same page shows real visitor questions with a one-click Add answer button.
